1. No Guaranteed Entry
Please note that purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry.
Admission is always subject to:
Dress code compliance
Gender balance
General door policy decisions
Our door team makes the final decision on entry to ensure the atmosphere, safety, and concept of the event.
2. When Is a Refund Possible?
A refund is only possible if entry is denied at the door.
Very important:
If you are refused entry, security must take a photo of your ticket and mark it as rejected.
Without this photo confirmation, no refund can be processed.
If you are denied entry, please make sure the security staff takes a photo of your ticket before leaving.
3. Refund Amount
The refund amount depends on the reason for denial:
50% Refund
You will receive 50% of the ticket price if entry is denied due to:
Dress code violations
Misconduct in the queue
Strong intoxication
Other behavior-related reasons
Full Refund minus 5€ Processing Fee
You will receive the full ticket price minus a 5€ processing fee if entry is denied due to:
Gender balance
Organizational decisions
Other non-behavior-related reasons
4. Important Notes
Refunds are only processed for denied entry.
No refunds are granted after successful admission.
Failure to follow the ticket photo procedure at the door voids the refund eligibility.
